Where is the "Post Mortem Template" for "Incident Buddy" Agent

I tried creating an "Incident Buddy" (aka what we call RCA Bot), and it works quite well, but it mentions a "Post Mortem Template" in the instructions, which appear to be a phantom document? Should I create one in Google Docs for it to latch onto? Or is that supposed to reference something specific?

Hey Tim! Yes, that should be your company's preferred post-mortem template. We recommend linking to a doc, wherever that's stored for you (Google Drive, OneDrive, Confluence, etc.)
