I mostly have a problem with "Read Document". It's not clear from the name or description that this Action only works with indexed content (technically it will look at a URL but it won't crawl past the page given).
My staff were giving it external URLs and then complaining that it didn't work. I got an answer from support that it's "Company Search" light but the use cases for when to use either aren't super clear. I think in general more words on all of the Agent Actions would be beneficial.
