Can my Glean agent pull a list of participants from a meeting in my Calendar, given the link?

I am working on a Glean agent that will help me prepare for upcoming meetings by pulling the names of meeting participants that are not in my company and doing some background research on these people (given the meeting name or link).

However, even after integrating the Calendar Search step, the agent is only able to give me the name and information of the meeting organizer. Is there a way I can get it to return even just a list of all participants? I have the same issue when asking for a list of participants using the Chat feature.

@abhishekgarud Is this for Google or Outlook calendar? It looks like we should be able to do this for Google, but I don't believe we pull all the same information for Outlook. I've relayed this feedback to our engineering team.

@abhishekgarud I found your idea really interesting and decided to try it on my own.

I had to create a custom action to query the attendees. of our user's calendar and it seems to work. Let me know if you have any questions! :)

Here is the openapi file I used :

The trigger condition :
This action allows you to get all the attendees from a user's specific Google Calendar event. The event will be given through a link or name. This action should ignore events that have a responseStatus of declined for the user email. When the event is given by name, this action should look for the closest matching event in the future.

Scope : https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly

I used AI for the OpenAPI file based on another custom action that was configured in our tenant. Reading through it, I’m pretty sure a bunch of stuff could be removed. 🧐
