[Feature Request] PagerDuty Connector Enhancements - "on-call" names
Internal tracking is FR-4422. Glean currently does not provide real-time “on-call now” names directly in Glean Chat; instead, you’ll need to use the provided links to view the most current on-call information. This limits the types of agents that can be built for this use case.

[Feature Request] Support crawling of nested folder items in Freshservice
This is in reference to internal ticket FR-3427. The current integration with Freshservice doesn't support indexing nested folders. This would allow for the search/index and chat functionality to work with this content. Any direct use cases from customers is welcome!

We are looking forward to an increase in the file upload limit.
File upload is an excellent feature because it can read text within images. However, there is currently a limit of up to 5 files and 64MB. We would like to specify more files, so we request an extension of this limit.
