What’s the best way to train an agent to speak in a standard, current business casual voice?

One of our Glean users is running into issue with improving how Glean writes. In his own words:

“It writes this super corny old fashinoed style. And I know it can't "remember" me the way "real" ChatGPT can, so I wanted to make an agent so that the agent would know not to talk in such a strange way, but then I can't figure out how to tell the agent to write more like me.

Every time I want to write something I have to re-teach it my voice. Whereas chatGPT remembers, but i don't want to be using it”

This is a great question and I think it came up in one of our office hours. Some ways people are working around this is having a step that asks the agent to reference some of their writing to match their tone (we have a full ghost writing agent at Glean). Another way is to have a reference doc that describes your writing style and have the LLM reference that. Would love to hear how other people have done this!
