Hi, I'm trying to get Glean to summarize all the tickets on a Jira board - ideally by assignee. I'm a manager and I need to know what my team is working on during this sprint, and if there are any issues that I should pay particular attention to.
Can you advise on if it might be something wrong with our Jira <> Glean connection, or if I might be prompting it incorrectly?
Note that this is a Jira board that contains tickets only for Product Design work
We've connected Glean to Jira, but I'm getting a strange mix of errors:
- Prompt: Summarize the Jira tickets on this board: [www.JiraBoardLink.com]
- It returned fake data: (See the "John Doe" and "Bob Browns") - All these tickets do not exist:
-
2. I prompted it again with: View this Jira board and generate a summary of the Jira tickets: [www.JiraBoardLink.com]
a. This time it returned an authentication error. The board is publicly accessible in my company, I am logged in, and it is the correct URL.
I've tried this in both the simple "ask a question" format and also in the new Glean Agent.
In the Glean Agent, when I have a simple query such as this, it seems to be reading Jira fine - but it won't read a specific board.
