Glean Access to Jira

Are there any constraints on how Glean Agents can access Jira? I've noticed that when I ask the agent to review a board link directly, it says it's unable to do so due to authentication issues. The prompt is: "Review this Jira board: [Jira link] and summarize the tickets by assignee". However, when I prompt the agent with something more generic like "Review Jira and list out all the tickets related to [project keyword]", it's able to access Jira and pull out some relevant tickets.

Hi @amandah - Glean is not currently indexing Jira boards. We have an outstanding feature request for this, but that might explain why linking a board produces no results. Here's more on our Jira connector. You can always try a Glean search to see what objects we are capturing/have indexed to help understand how the agent or chat will interact with your prompts.
