Triggering Agents from Slack

Is it possible to trigger a specific agent to run from within Slack?

Example: Salesforce account lookup agent - that returns some basic account information and a link to Salesforce for more details.

Hey @sbalthazor — Glean Agents are now accessible via API (currently in public beta)!

You can trigger a Glean Agent from Slack and display the response directly in Slack. You’ll just need to build a Slack bot (or something equivalent) if you haven’t already.
