We’re working on building agentic workflows that could be triggered or accessed by external systems or users (e.g., partners, customers, or services that aren’t tied to an employee account). The obvious blocker we’re hitting is the absence of a “system user” or service account capability that would allow for agent execution outside our internal user base.
During our sell-in process last year, we brought this up and it was mentioned that it was on the long-term roadmap, but wondering if anyone has heard updates or found a viable workaround for this in the meantime.
