I use Glean to find and summarize use cases in Financial Services. We have customers all over the world in FinServ doing all sorts of cool things, but they're not all discussed in one place. So it's super useful to be able to find them, summarize them, and create documents with the details!
As a demand gen marketer, my team runs a lot of webinars – I use Glean to help draft abstracts and promotional copy, setting up agents to draw from other company materials relevant to the topic. When we have on-demand webinars, I can have Glean review the transcript to pull out the most compelling ideas to highlight.
When running ABM programs, I can also use Glean to quickly search for and find which Account Executives & respective SDRs are mapped to each account – and, I can personalize our marketing content for specific accounts based on the sales team's research, existing competitive materials, and other marketing content related to key features for our target accounts.
As an Event Marketer, Glean helps me quickly write promotional copy, net new and follow up emails, event briefs, proposals and abstracts - all day to day tasks that would typically take me 2+ hours, done in minutes!
I never write first drafts anymore. I spend my energy on a great prompt + let Glean pull in all the relevant context.
One of my favorite ways to use Glean as a social media marketer is to take long-form content, like a blog post or webpage, and instantly generate tailored copy for different audiences. I get versions optimized for brand channels, employee advocacy, partners, external speakers, and more – all aligned to our core message.
So many different ways to use Glean to streamline work! One of the ways I use Glean in my day-to-day is by asking specific questions about Events I'm working on, such as what our presence will be like at certain events, what the dates are, and who will be attending from our side. I find that the chat function is super useful to find specific answers that would usually require searching through multiple documents, which ends up being time consuming.
Instead of switching between apps or digging through docs, I can just search in Glean and get what you need instantly. It’s great for saving time, speeding up onboarding, and reducing duplicated work.
I create Glean Collections for each of our field events to host all of the content and assets related to my marketing events. The sales teams (and any other stakeholders) are able to access everything all in one place - reducing questions and bringing quicker value to the field teams.
For writers, Glean can be a great starting point for net new content. Ask it to source and summarize multiple documents relevant to your topic, and refine a first draft according to your target audience and desired tone.
I love using Glean to take a first pass at data analysis to highlight trends and areas to look into more deeply (both structured/Excel spreadsheets and unstructured/free text feedback!). It helps me quickly identify the areas that I should dig into and focus my time/effort.
As a AE the ability to shorten my over all day to day activities is very compelling. From prepping for calls, auto generating follow up emails, doing account research and build out of proposals and other deal progression manual efforts Glean has massively reduce time spent doing all these tasks.
As a TSE, I love using Glean to find information from various sources, which points me in the right direction to help out our customers with the technical issues they're having. This results in faster issue resolution since I'm able to have immediate access to contextual recommendations and related discussions, whether it be in Slack, Jira, or elsewhere. Glean empowers me to respond to queries and raise bug tickets confidently 😀

Using Glean has significantly streamlined my workday as an Enterprise Account Executive. Using Glean has helped me to put together event assets quickly and efficiently. As a new Gleanie, it was super helpful to be able to search previous event assets and refer back to them when creating future events. It not only limited the time it would take me to organize this myself, but eliminated asking teammates for their insight and awaiting a response.
