I know you can switch back and forth and ask it the same question, but it would be so helpful for assistant to just use both all the time.

It would be essential for the generated response to distinguish what portions of the response are from Company Knowledge vs. World Knowledge. We currently have major concerns about how Company Knowledge will sometimes give an authoritative response without referencing any internal content that was used to generate the response. I imagine this could only get worse if they use both at the same time.

Company Knowledge response from today. Glean makes it clear that this information is not available based on Company knowledge. If a future state includes both Company and World combined in a response, I would expect this type of delineation…based on company knowledge header…then a based on world knowledge header…with appropriate citations for each.
