Help With Seismic Data Source Setup

I am trying to add Seismic as a data source and during the part where I am trying to 'get user authorization. It asks to run the below URL but when setting the parameters I'm not sure how/where to get an an opaque code. Any help here would be appreciated.

@jack_walsh to get the opaque value, please use the hyperlink in the setup instructions following the steps below (it's a little tricky, but following those steps should get you to a URL that will show what that field is for you).
