Agent Builder courses in the Glean Academy

I went through the Agent Builder sessions via the Glean Academy and thought they were great. It was really cool to learn about the Branching capabilities. I would love to hear how others are using that capability especially as it relates to sales and partnerships.

Here is an example of branching in a Vendor Onboarding agent.

As you can see, the agent only follows the onboard the vendor path when all necessary fields are provided. If they do not supply all required fields we:
- Thank the user for the information they have submitted so far. Restate what has been collected and what is still remaining to be collected.

-If the user has asked a question about some of the data that is being collected, answer it to the best of your ability.
