How to update the "Account Snapshot" agent in Glean

We're using the default "Account Snapshot" Glean agent that's a template that comes with Glean…Right now, we have this step:

Use this search template: organization:"full_customer_name" app:zendesk status:open

Fill the placeholder with the full name you extracted two steps ago. You should wrap the customer name in quotation marks.

How do we change the app to Jira or Jira Service Management (or both)?

Hi @connorwaldo - you'll want to update the search field to say app:jira. If you have JSM as a separate datasource, you can create another search with that info as well. Here is an example of our internal one:

Thank you! What would it be for JSM? I'm not sure what the "app" name would be.

I guess a bigger question would be how do I know what the "app" name would be?

I see this, so would it be jiraCloud or jira? Also, does this cover Jira Service Management?

You'll need to see what shows up in your Glean. You can do this by typing app: and then start typing Jira and see what options you get.

I tried that but it doesn't auto populate anything. Any ideas?

@connorwaldo - Yes you'll want to have both be different company search lines (similar to my first screenshot) and the syntax is exactly as you put it: app:"jira (cloud)" and app:jira
