Upvoting not possible for a user

Hello Glean Community, one of my team collogues just joined community but have issues with upvoting the ideas. It states that she needs "the Reactions,.Positive.Add" permission to do that. She can comment on the ideas thou. Could anyone help here? Thank you.

Hello again, we have another user with the same issues. Initially we though that maybe upvoting form the main page is only possible (within the discussion window we get an error as posted above) but as you can see on this gif, we can click the vote but it's not saved. Can you help us out? Maybe we do sth wrong? Thank you.

Hi @Anna Adamczyk - Thank you for flagging this! It looks like there was an issue with the permission settings for some users. That’s been resolved now, so you shouldn’t run into the problem anymore.
