There is now a Feature Request open for Glean agents to support the ability to programmatically include Slack user @ mentions (tagging) in messages posted to Slack channels. This native feature would allow agent builders to reference and notify individual users, groups, or roles directly in automated Slack messages from workflow actions.
If you are interested in having this feature in the product, please feel free to reach out to your AE to get you added as a customer to FR-4031. If our product team decides to add this to our roadmap, you could be one of the first customers testing this feature if it goes into beta.
