I’ve tried multiple times, but I’m noticing that the agent is only able to retrieve data for a subset of records, and even that seems inconsistent. For many other records—even when the account name clearly exists in Salesforce—the agent doesn’t return a match.
Is there a known limitation around partial matching, or something I should adjust in the agent’s Search tile to improve coverage?
