As teams increasingly depend on Glean for collaborative research and agent-powered conversations, chat history is becoming a core repository of insights. Today, users cannot search across past chats for specific information, recommendations, or summaries. Enabling robust chat search—including filters for keywords, agent type, date range, and participants—will help users unlock valuable knowledge from previous agent interactions, validate earlier decisions, reduce duplicate efforts, and enhance trust in Glean. This addition will also accelerate onboarding for new users by allowing rapid learning from historic chat examples.
