Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Colleen, Glean’s Community Manager, joining you from our HQ in California!

I’ve been a Glean customer for a little while now, and I’m so excited to bring that perspective into this role as we grow our community together. I can’t wait to see what we’ll create—whether it’s brainstorming ideas, supporting one another, or helping shape Glean into the best AI product for the workplace.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me horseback riding, hitting the beach or trails with my dog, or chatting away with friends. 😄

Hi everyone! My name is Anthony Gatto and I am an Applications Engineer on Zillow's Enterprise Applications team. I have been at Zillow for a little bit over two years and began my journey with Glean during our initial pilot almost a year ago.

I am located right outside of Portland, Maine. Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and tinkering with the latest and greatest AI applications/tools that are evolving rapidly (see action figure image generation trend 😆).

Hey Gleaners, I’m Mark Christianson, the guy who’d rather jump from a plane than make small talk. Blame my wife’s relentless extroversion or my paratrooper days running a forum like this one, where I honed snark as a survival skill.

At ezCater, I am the Senior Manager of Digital Workplace & AI Strategy but that really just means I help the team at unlock collaboration, communication and automation potential with both digital tools and behavior change.

Outside work, I’m a knowledge junkie, I can binge-watch “How It’s Made” marathons like it’s my job. Current obsession? 3D printing, because plastic dreams are free. I’m here to learn from you Gleaniacs and maybe drop some battle-tested tips.

Hello fellow Gleaners. I'm Tim Glomb, VP Digital , Content and AI at Wunderkind, a 600+ person performance marketing tech platform. We're still ramping up on Glean as of February and loving it so far. I'm tasked with enabling the entire org here but focused on sales and marketing first. If anyone has amazing recipes or ideas fpr apps/prompts (soon to be agents) I'd love to see them!

I'm on the road a ton, but spend most of my time at home in the middle of nowhere Colorado (South Park to be exact) with 10% in Denver. When I'm there I'm outside fishing, rafting or hunting.

Looking forward to learning how other Gleaners are using the platform and always happy and eager to share use cases that need to be solved.

Hi Gleaners! I’m Liz Vaggelatos, Head of Knowledge Management at Upside—a consumer app start-up with about 300 employees that helps users save money every time they shop. I’m based in Chicago, though our headquarters are in Washington, DC.

At Upside, our small but mighty Knowledge Management team oversees all of the company’s collaboration tools, including Glean. We design knowledge pathways, build information architecture frameworks, create content, and lead change management and adoption initiatives.

We’ve been proud Glean customers since June 2022(!) and are fully immersed in the Gleaniverse. Feel free to reach out with any questions—right now, we’re especially focused on equipping our non-technical employees with strong AI prompting skills.

I’m Jake Phillips and work with Howard Hughes, a real estate developer and master planned community builder, on the innovation team HHX. We started using glean almost a year ago and are finally rolling out to the entire company this month! I work hands on with all of our users to train and upskill on all things Glean and AI. I’m very excited for agents and how it will allow more people to build on their own to solve for challenges they face in their role.

My name is Keeley Sorokti. I am the Director of Knowledge & Collaboration at Sift, a small B2B SaaS software company. I live in Chicago. Sift has been a Glean customer since 2021 — I found them when they were still called Scio Search.

My main way of learning is in professional communities, so am excited to continue connecting with Gleaners over here in this new platform.

I geek out about social learning, knowledge management, online community management, human-centered design, and figuring out ways of working that encourage working out loud.

I love to explore the Chicago theater scene, walk by Lake Michigan, and I almost never go to the same restaurant twice because the Chicago food scene is incredible. My vote for the best Chicago hotdog is SuperDawg on the NW side — see photo below. They still have car hops — it is near O'Hare so worth a stop on the way to or from flying into our fab city.
