As a larger enterprise, we've currently got over 2800 agents in our system and no real way of auditing and reviewing them apart from scrolling through the list. There's also no useful governance data available without clicking through each agent individually. Along with increased visibility, we'd need bulk actions that can be taken on agents to be able to delete large numbers of unused agents etc. And lastly, there are some additional fields for BigQuery that would be a big help.
So here goes:
- List view of agents so we can get a high-level overview with the following data:
- Agent Name
- Agent Owners
- Agent Shared with (Number)
- Times Agent's been run
- Agent Data Sources
- Token/Resource Usage
- Agent Create Date
- Agent Last Use Date
- Bulk Actions on Agents
- Bulk deletion of agents (through list view)
- Bulk Share Agent functionality through .csv upload (from the Share button in Agent setup). We frequently share Agents across a wide range of departments so that falls short.
- Additional Fields in BigQuery
- Agent Name
- Agent Data Sources
- Agent Token/Resource Usage
