I'm wondering if we should target specific groups or make more general shares. Also, is there a way to promote good prompts inside Glean itself: "Hey everyone, try this one!"?
This may not be useful as Glean transitions from prompt library to agents but there is a continuing need for tagging, grouping of some form or fashion otherwise there is going to be a mess of agents and prompts. I have over 200 prompts in the library and spent time finding interesting and useful ones based on department activities, I ended up putting them into the prompts as [DEPARTMENT] Prompt Title so at least you could let people know to use the prompt search/filter for "Sales" and quickly see prompts that have that focus. I have suggested in the past that if we could set the audience for a prompt/app/agent then I would think it would be good to see those randomly (or by use) show up for users in those areas as suggested prompts below the chat when you go to Glean Assistant. This would hopefully raise awareness and engagement.
+1 for Agent grouping or tagging
