Who should join?

  • The Glean Product Advisory Council is open to current Glean customers — admins and everyday users alike.
  • Admins and IT -  You bring important perspective on how Glean works across your organization.
  • Everyday users  - Whether you use Glean often or occasionally, your day-to-day experience helps us improve the product.

What is in it for you?

How it works

  • Apply to the Council - Completing a brief profile survey to help us match you to relevant studies. Sign-up also includes a one-time NDA and consent form — completed once, covers all future studies.
  • Get invited to studies that fit. Each invitation includes the topic, time commitment, and compensation upfront. You decide each time whether to participate.
  • Help shape what we build! Your feedback goes directly to the teams shaping the product..

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How often will I be contacted? Usually about once a quarter, not more than once a month. Study length varies, and details are always shared upfront.
  • Do I have to participate in every study? No. Each invitation is optional, and declining will not affect your membership.
  • Will I see unreleased features? Sometimes. A one-time NDA covers pre-release content.
  • Will I get paid? Many studies include compensation, shared upfront before you commit. Some shorter activities may not be compensated.
  • I'm an admin — does this create work for my team? Not necessarily. We share all study requirements upfront. Declining any study will not affect your membership.
  • What types of studies do you run? Studies may include surveys, interviews, polls, online activities, diary studies, field visits, and more.
  • How do you select members for a specific study? We match members based on role, experience, usage, or the type of feedback needed.
  • How is my feedback used? Your feedback helps improve Glean’s products and services and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Can I leave the Council? Yes, anytime. Reply to any email or contact [email protected].
