Known Issues Post Migration:
- Customers cannot see past tickets - we will fix this ASAP and can provide a list to anyone that requests it.
- New Username/Password - unfortunately login credentials were unable to migrate. We will also make this easier in the request flow in the coming days. Please make sure you are logged in here so your tickets get routed properly.
- Issues with replies/tickets being lost - we are working very closely with our vendor to fix this ASAP.
