We have Agent sharing requests that come in via ServiceNow daily. In the past, when teammates were added, they would show up in the list at the bottom. This made it easy to ensure they were added and to the correct role, especially when there were 20 or more people being shared.

When adding teammates in the last couple of weeks, this seems to have changed and they are added to the list in a random order. When you have 20 or more people in the share list, it makes it difficult to sort through, find and confirm the teammate being added is in the list and has the correct role.

If you could change this back it would be great!
