When querying a Jira ticket through the Glean MCP, the response includes a structured list of 

 (e.g., PNG/JPEG) associated with the ticket.

For each image attachment, the MCP response exposes at least:

A stable reference (URL or handle) that downstream tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) can use to render or fetch the image.

, the MCP response clearly indicates that no images are available (e.g., returns an empty list) without failing the request.

Connecting a test Jira project to Glean via MCP.

Opening a Jira ticket with at least one screenshot.

Confirming that a coding tool (e.g., Cursor/Claude) using the MCP can access and display those images alongside the ticket text.

Basic error handling is in place (e.g., if an image is missing or access is denied, the MCP response degrades gracefully and surfaces a clear error state without breaking the rest of the ticket payload).
