I would like to request a feature for bulk management and editing of agents.

At the moment, when we need to update agent settings, we have to open and edit each agent one by one. As the number of agents grows, the operational burden becomes significant.

For example, one user in our environment has created and published more than 120 agents. Whenever a new LLM is released, we need to open each agent individually and manually update each step, such as planning and execution. This takes a considerable amount of time and also increases the risk of human error or missed updates.

We have also experienced real operational impact from this limitation. Most recently, when Glean’s default image generation model changed from Nano Banana 2 to GPT Image 2, the processing time required to generate a single image increased by about five times. As a result, several agents that had been working previously started timing out. We then needed to update many agents that included image generation steps, but identifying the affected agents and updating them required substantial effort.

In addition, we are concerned that some agents may be using unintended LLM or memory settings without us noticing, which could lead to silent performance degradation over time.

Because of this, we would greatly appreciate a feature that allows administrators or owners to review and edit multiple agents from a single list view.

A bulk management capability like this would significantly improve operational efficiency as agent usage continues to scale.
