I would like to request an enhancement to the Admin Console Usage experience.

Currently, the Usage dashboard provides helpful visibility into overall credit consumption, breakdowns by product type and model, and per-user usage visibility. However, when reviewing usage at the individual user level, it is still difficult to understand the detailed drivers behind credit consumption.

Specifically, we would like to see drill-down capability from each user’s credit consumption into dimensions such as:

This would help us better analyze usage patterns, identify the root causes of high consumption, improve governance, and optimize cost control.

For example, we want to be able to answer questions like:

Which models are driving credit consumption for a specific user?

Is a user’s spend concentrated in Assistant, Agents, Deep Research, or other advanced features?

When did a user’s consumption increase, and which feature/model caused the spike?

Which departments or user groups are driving premium model consumption?

click a user to open a detailed breakdown

drill down by model / feature / surface / time

keep filters such as department and time period

This enhancement would be very valuable for cost visibility, governance, chargeback discussions, and operational optimization.
