Add dollar cost visibility behind credit usage in the admin console so teams can translate credit consumption into real cost.

Provide end-user cost awareness (e.g., show credits or estimated cost per chat or agent run) so users can understand the cost of large projects and adjust usage.

The goal here would be to help us better manage and optimize credit usage across teams.
