I would like to request an improvement to how 

 handles data for users who have left the company (i.e., whose accounts have been deprovisioned).

As far as I understand, the current behavior is:

, rows for users who have been deprovisioned are also excluded

Because of this behavior, we are facing the following issues:

, the users who were active at that time but have since left the company are missing from the data

per-user action counts or usage patterns over time

, data for former employees is dropped, which leads to:

Mismatches with past reports we previously exported

Underestimation of usage for certain historical periods

Our request is that historical data for users should be preserved and remain available in Insights and CSV exports, even after those users have been deprovisioned or have left the company.

For example, it would already be very helpful if:

When evaluating the long-term impact of Glean within an organization, it is crucial to have 

, including the usage of employees who have since left. If all data for deprovisioned users is excluded from Insights, it becomes difficult to correctly analyze long-term KPIs and measure the true business impact of Glean.

For these reasons, we would greatly appreciate it if you could consider adding an option to 

retain and analyze historical data for deprovisioned / departed users
