As stated in the subject, we would like to request that "Meeting notes" remain without being deleted even if the chat history is deleted.

As for the background, we recently made an inquiry in ticket ID #114736633 to confirm the specifications regarding "Interactives", "Images", and "Documents" saved in the "Library".

From that inquiry, we learned the following:

When the chat history is deleted (whether manually or automatically), the "Interactives", "Images", and "Documents" saved in the "Library" become uneditable, but they remain in the library.

Under the current specifications, while the editability of these contents changes based on their link to the chat history, they are not automatically deleted.

We have no particular problem with these specifications and are satisfied with them.

However, we were informed that the specifications are different only for "Meeting notes", which are saved in the same Library.

When the chat history is deleted (whether manually or automatically), "Meeting notes" do not just become uneditable; they are deleted from the Library. It is very confusing and troublesome that the retention policy differs even though they are contents under the same Library.

We would like you to unify the specifications with the other contents under the Library, so that "Meeting notes" remain without being deleted even if the chat history is deleted.
