We build customer knowledge bases in Confluence and having meeting transcripts is a key component for that. We have an agent right now that will upload Microsoft Teams transcripts automatically to Confluence, but we cannot do the same with Glean transcripts (which is necessary as we are not always the owner of calls so Teams transcripts aren't available). See below notes from my troubleshooting with Query and in Glean itself:

At the moment, Glean Meeting Notes transcripts are stored as indexed artifacts inside Glean and are designed to be used within Glean experiences like search, Assistant, and agents. They are not currently exposed as a retrievable transcript source for external tools or programmatic access. 

In contrast, Microsoft Teams transcripts are fetched directly from Teams and are what tools like Meeting Lookup are built to surface. 

Because of that gap, your use case (automatically saving Glean transcripts to Confluence) is a valid and important limitation today
