Add a notification mechanism that actively pushes new Announcements to their intended audience — via email, the Glean Slack bot, and/or an in-app notification.

Announcements currently surface only on the Glean home page, which assumes users already have Glean open and set as their default landing page. For organizations still building that habit, important Announcements are easily missed — undermining the feature's core purpose.

Any one of these would significantly increase Announcement visibility and make the feature viable even during early adoption phases.
