Allow passing query parameters in Glean agent URLs (e.g., 

/chat/agents/<agent_id>?opportunityId=12345

) to automatically populate agent input variables upon launching.

We want to trigger agents directly from external launch dashboards with pre-filled record context (like a Salesforce Opportunity ID).

Eliminates manual copy-pasting for users while avoiding the heavy development overhead of building a custom application via the Chat API.
