We are required to get consent before recording meetings, teams offers this solution by muting participants until they accept, webex has a similar feature, but it announces over the audio that this meeting is now being recorded. 

Please enhance the meeting transcription tool to require consent of meeting participants or to enable an audio indicator that the meeting is being recorded.
