Glean documents default connector refresh rates, but actual crawl timing varies by deployment. Today, admins must investigate connector status to infer when a crawl ran or when changed content may appear in the index.

Next scheduled crawl date and time (or the expected refresh window)

A clear indicator when the connector is delayed or unhealthy

This gives users a fast, self-service way to confirm when their updated content should be indexed. It reduces time spent tracing crawl timing and prevents unnecessary support requests; enterprise teams can focus on cases where content is genuinely overdue. Teammates already ask about connector cadence, so surfacing this information directly would make troubleshooting much simpler.
