I feel that the new support ticket flow is much less intuitive than before. some things that would be helpful:

more formatting options within chat to help organize a lot of information, as well as ability to paste images in chat

ability to attach more than one file to a ticket

ability to expand chat into full screen for improved readability

I do appreciate how sleek the new UI is though :)
