The inactive-agents report lists agents with zero runs in a selected 30/60/90-day window. Admins download this CSV, review it, and re-upload it to bulk soft-delete agents (recoverable for 60 days).

Because the export lacks a last-run/last-used timestamp, admins can't distinguish an agent that was last run just outside the window from one that hasn't run in over a year. A "Created at (UTC)" column was recently added to these exports, which helps identify newly created agents — but it does not answer "when was this agent last actually used?", which is the key signal for confident cleanup decisions.

A per-agent last-run timestamp is not currently exposed via the Agents API and is not a stored field; it is derived from WORKFLOW_RUN events in the Customer Event Logs. Surfacing it directly in the inactive-agents / bulk-delete export would remove the need for customers to run manual BigQuery queries and make the self-serve cleanup flow complete.
