 SOW embedded integration works on more than just Incidents.
 According to the documentation, it supports: 

"Derived objects" means custom tables that extend one of those three base tables. 

The issue we see with Interactions and Problem records is that they are 

 derived from those supported objects—they are separate tables (Problem is a sibling of Incident, both extending Task, but it is not derived 

 Add Interaction and Problem records to record types capable of leveraging Glean embedded Integration on SOW
