I would like to request a feature that lets users see which model and which execution mode were selected when a query is run automatically or adaptively.

When Glean chooses the execution method on behalf of the user, it would be very helpful to have visibility into:

whether the query was executed automatically, adaptively, or through another decision path

This would improve transparency and make it easier for users to:

compare behavior across different query executions

build trust in automated and adaptive execution

Ideally, this information could be shown in the query result view, execution details, or another easily accessible location in the UI.
