 Glean Desktop for Linux distros, ideally including Ubuntu support, so Linux users can access the Desktop app and use workflows that depend on it, including access to Glean's MCP server via the Desktop app

 One internal business case is from a user who does not use Windows or Mac for their workstation and instead uses Ubuntu. They are actively building workflow integrations that would function best if they had access to Glean's MCP server via the Desktop app. Right now, Glean's public Coming Soon page includes several MCP-related and embedded integration roadmap items, but it does not show a Linux Desktop item on that page. Without Linux support, users on Linux workstations are blocked from these Desktop-dependent workflows or have to switch devices or operating systems to access them.

Add Glean Desktop support for Linux distros, starting with Ubuntu

If full distro coverage is too broad, offer a supported subset or beta for common enterprise Linux distros first

If a native Linux app is not currently feasible, provide another supported path for Linux users to access the same MCP/Desktop-dependent capabilities
