To filter Salesforce content for search, you should use only the datasource filters that appear in the Glean search bar dropdown after typing 

. Depending on your connector setup, you may see 

, or both. Select the option(s) shown—do not manually type or paste filters that do not appear in the dropdown, as these will not correctly filter your search results.

This ensures your filter matches how Glean indexes Salesforce data, which may be under "Sales Cloud" or "Service Cloud" depending on your environment. 

The same approach applies when configuring the Company search step in an Agent: always use the datasource(s) shown in the dropdown for accurate filtering. 

Use app:salescloud or app:servicecloud to filter Salesforce content
