Our organization, along with other Glean customers, continue to explore Glean's capabilities extensively and drive ongoing adoption by our employees through iteration on new features, connections, tools, and platform interfaces. As an events business, we are frequently working hard throughout the weekend to deliver amazing experiences for our fans and guests. For Glean to remain a vital part of this mission, Glean needs to be able to provide real support, with at least -some- human capacity, 24/7. We cannot have issues go into a black hole for 48+ hours with only a much-to-be-improved chatbot response at best. This is particularly true with the changes to the Support Center experience making the process of receiving hands-on engagement from the Support team all the more necessary.
