Just a note for anyone connecting Zoominfo MCP. 

You can create a Zoominfo MCP OAuth token and connect to 

 server, however it will not display tools with an admin-only license. You have to have the Zoominfo Copilot license or Zoominfo Copilot Bundle product assigned to the user that creates the Zoominfo developer token. 

Hope this helps someone, it was Zoominfo Engineering and some support tickets to find this one out.
