Glean currently supports (beta) indexing data from Lever instances however we saw some potential improvement point, currently in terms of candidate information, it reads the active candidates and maybe their contacts but ideally we would like to sync 

old (non active or previous applicants) candidates

 too in order to reach out if there is a position that match their profile better.

In case users would like to opt out of this feature maybe there can be a toggle in the admin dashboard that supports enabling non active records that way only users who need this can opt in.

 maybe the glean connector team can take a look at this?
Open to provide more details if there is some unclear parts.
