Hi Glean Community.

I worked for a number of weeks on website redesigns, specifically optimizations for AI engine searchability but also complete UI updates. Other priorities came up and it moved off the priority list for a few weeks. When I went to pick it back up today I was disappointed to find the history only covers past month - not something I expected as every other LLM I use keeps history going back to first use. After some back and forth, I managed to retrieve some pieces - but not the last versions we did and I have lost a lot of work as a result.




 - is there an easier way to retrieve work 30+ days old in its entirety - chat, iterations etc. - other than a lot of back and forth while it digs up assets not related to the project in question?

 - is there a better way to work with Glean when the project you are working on is long term and will be dipped in and out of for long period of time - like a project setting of some kind that has longer retention periods?
