I used to carefully put together resource pages with all the marketing materials I've created…only to still get endless questions from colleagues asking for particular materials. Glean Search has helped a lot with that, of course, but I've also fallen in love with the ability to build Collections inside Glean. (Instructions below if you haven't found this yet!) I've been able to build out nicely formatted collections for each solution I handle, with headers for sections like "Customer-facing materials," "Internal enablement," and "Research." Even better, I can create Glean Agents trained solely on my collection so that my colleagues can ask the agent for the answer instead of searching through my documents. Collections: practical and pretty!
How to make a collection:
- Go to app.glean.com
- Click "Content" on the LH toolbar
- Collections
- New Collection
- Start building from there!
