I was just reading this January report from McKinsey about AI maturity and I think it's a bit dated. I'm personally of the belief that a lot of companies are successfully using AI (or at least their employees are) and that it has successfully "crossed the chasm" into a tool that's regularly used by pragmatists, not just early-adopting enthusiasts.
But I work with AI every day at Glean, and everyone here is probably subject to selection bias. Still, do you think that AI is really something that everyone uses? What about Agentic AI? Is Agentic still waiting to cross the chasm?
