Best way to aggregate & store research documentation?

I've built a bunch of Glean Apps, based on industry analyst materials, that help me look through a vast pile of research for specific gems. Of course I can make Glean find the docs I'm using, regardless of where I put them in GDrive or other repositories, but I'm wondering:

What's the best way for organize and structure document repositories/storage for both human and Glean-readable use?

Collections are an awesome tool for this! It's a feature in Glean that allows users to organize and group related content from various tools/data sources by topic. All collections can be viewed in one in Glean under Content > Knowledge > Collections! You can also search for collections in Glean by using the search operator app:collections

Thank you @karenwen — I guess my question was more around the question of storing things in folders vs. scattered. I can aggregate all my source docs into a single place, but Glean can also find them where ever they're hidden. Still, it's easier to point a Glean App at a single folder than to multiple docs.
I suspect that I can ask an agent to find the docs first, too, before analyzing them. But it's a balance between being 100% sure the right docs are used in the analysis vs. the annoyance of having to find them first and place them somewhere, all together.
