Where can I find a recording 'Update Salesforce, Automate Follow-Ups'

Hi there! I registered to attend the 'Eliminate Sales Busywork: Update Salesforce, Automate Follow-Ups' but had a last min work conflict and could not attend. I was really interested in the SFDC / Glean capabilities and was wondering if I could get a recording of this?

hi! I am just doing some discovery on what is even capable but ideally, want to be able to use Glean to recommend next steps, update records, build Account profiles based off of Gong calls & activity (emails), etc. If you have any additional use cases please let me know!

Nice! I recommend checking out the Account Snapshot agent in our agent library to get a sense of what you can do. TDLR: you input an account, it executes a Salesforce SOQL search for open opps, finds any mentions in Slack/internal channels, open support tickets from Jira via JQL search, finds key execs, executes a web search for recent news, product usage metrics from Snowflake via Cortex Analyst Action, etc.

You could easily add a step to comb through Gong calls and list them by date, who attended the meeting, and even instruct Glean to add sentiment like the attached image!

Tying it all together is the update SFDC action, where you can customize what fields you want users to be able to update from the Glean agent. You can even have the action pre-populate fields like "Renewal risk status" based on contextual data Glean gets from the open support tickets, positive/negative sentiment from recent Gong calls, usage data from your data warehouse, etc.
