Add the Org name and Git domains in the email for connector credentails

As of now, we do not show the Org name and Git domains in the connector credentials failure email. If the GitHub connectors are 10+, then it becomes difficult to keep track of the email shared by Glean.

It would be helpful to add the Org name and Git domains in the email for the connector credentials. Attaching the screenshot for reference.
